How it works

From your docs to a module your team can finish

You keep doing what you already do: documenting how support works. We do the work of turning it into training.

  1. You send us the material

Wiki pages, SOPs, flowcharts, decision trees, escalation guides. Whatever your agents already use. Start with one topic.

  2. We plan the module

We work out what a learner needs to know, in what order, and where a decision tree or worked example will help most.

  3. We build it

Slides, a voiceover script, any decision trees as walk-through practice, and a quiz with an explanation for every answer.

  4. You review it

You read it against your own docs and tell us what to change, before anyone on your team uses it.

What we can work from

  • Wiki articles and knowledge-base pages
  • Standard operating procedures and checklists
  • Flowcharts and decision trees
  • Escalation and handoff guides

What you get back

  • A slide module that runs in a web browser
  • A voiceover script, with narration to match
  • Interactive decision-tree practice
  • A quiz with explanations

Common questions

Is the sample content real?

No. The samples use a fictional company, “Example Fiber”, with invented tools, limits and policies. They show the format, not a real company’s process.

How long is a module?

Short enough to finish in one sitting. The two samples run about ten minutes each. A big topic is better split into several modules than packed into one.

Do my people need special software?

No. The samples on this site run in any modern web browser, on a computer or a phone.

What does it cost?

It depends on how much material there is. Tell us what you have and we’ll come back with a clear price before any work starts.

What happens to the documents I send?

We use them only to build your module. See the privacy page for how we handle information on this site and by email.
