Your information, in plain language

Last updated October 11, 2026

The short version. This site has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no ads. We only keep your email address if you write to us, or to make sure we never email you again after you opt out.

Who we are

This business turns support documentation into narrated training modules. In this policy, “we” means that business. You can reach us from the contact page.

What this website collects

  • No tracking. We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising or social-media widgets, and the pages load no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts these pages keeps standard access logs (your IP address, the time, and the page requested). They are used to keep the site running and secure.
  • Your display choices. If you change the theme (light or dark) or the text size, your browser remembers it on your own device. It is never sent to us.
  • Sample modules. Your quiz answers stay in your browser. We don’t receive them.

The “Listen” feature in the samples

The voiceover preview uses the speech voices built into your browser or operating system. Depending on the voice, your browser’s maker may process the text on its own servers. That text is only the sample script shown on the page.

If you contact us

If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We don’t sell it or share it for marketing.

Why you may have received an email from us

We email a limited number of businesses that run support teams. We only use a business contact address that the company publishes itself, such as on its website or contact page. We don’t guess addresses. Every email names us, includes our postal address, and has a working way to opt out.

Opting out

Use the unsubscribe page, or reply to any of our emails and ask us to stop. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list for one purpose: so we never email it again. That is the only thing we use it for.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The one exception is your address on the do-not-contact list: deleting it would mean we might email you again, so we keep it unless you tell us you want it removed too.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
